Highland Park Triskelion is a very special single malt created by the distillery’s current master whisky maker Gordon Motion together with his predecessors Max McFarlane and John Ramsay. The expression is named after the ancient symbol of the Triskelion that can be found in many cultures and mythologies. It is made up of three bent branches, spirals or legs radiating from one central point—connected just like the combined wisdom and inspiration of these three legendary whisky makers. Highland Park Triskelion is created using a combination of first-fill sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and ex-bourbon barrels and hogsheads, balanced with a small quantity of refill casks to add softness to the whisky’s final flavour. The result is a complex, full-bodied and well-balanced expression of Highland Park with vibrant flavours of Seville orange, sultanas, raisins, sweet apricots, heather honey, crushed coriander seeds and aromatic peat smoke.

Safe packing
