This is the Hickory Smoked release in Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Tasters’ Selection, a line of limited-release, experimental whiskeys. It was released for the 30th annual Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational BBQ. (That’s a thing? We want to get invited!) It was finished by immersing charred staves from the hickory tree in oak barrels and bottled in 2018 at 100 proof.
