Jägermeister 9556 Nights of Exploration is a first in Jägermeister’s history. In February 1997, Dr. Günther Findel, the son-in-law of Jägermeister inventor Curt Mast, wanted to test how the base of the liqueur would develop when stored for an even longer time. 9556 nights later, the result is a one-of-a-kind herbal liqueur, strictly limited to 2500 hand-numbered bottles. Just like the original, Jägermeister 9556 Nights of Exploration is based on a secret recipe of 56 natural ingredients including herbs, blossoms, roots and fruits. The extended contact between the spirit and the barrel has created a unique taste profile. The familiar herbal flavors are enriched by sweet fruit accents, caramel, vanilla and hints of oak. At 40% ABV, Jägermeister 9556 Nights of Exploration has a slightly higher alcohol content than the regular Jägermeister (35%), further deepening the flavor profile of this rare liqueur.
