Yusuke is the Nagahama Distillery master blender. Nagahama is a new distillery in Japan, but is already churning out some amazing single malts. They are known for a great cask selection, among other things. The Kentucky Owl Takumi Edition blends new and old, showcasing Kentucky bourbon through the eyes of Japanese whisky. The whiskeys used for this range from 4 to 13 years old. The Kentucky Owl whiskey brand was founded by C.M. Dedman in 1879. In 2014, his great grandson Dixon Dedman revided the brand and in 2017 he released a first batch of rye.
