Ki No Bi House Gin is a delicious Japanese gin from the Kyoto Distillery. The gin has been reduced to 43% using water from the well in The House of Ki No Bi, resulting in a softer profile. Ki No Bi House Gin has elegant notes of summer fruits and gentle herbal tones, and a hint of spice towards the finish. Kyoto is the first artisanal gin distillery in Japan. It was founded in 2014 by Noriko Kakuda Croll, David Croll and Marcin Miller, who each have years of experience in the whisky industry. The distillery’s first Ki No Bi (Japanese for ‘The Beauty of the Seasons’) gin was released in October 2016.
