Ki Noh Bi Gin Edition 21 has been aged in Caroni rum casks for more than six months, after which kokuto (black) sugar from Okinawa was added to the liquor. The Ki Noh Bi distilling team likes to call this release Ki No Tou, but the marketing stuck to Ki Noh Bi Gin 21th Edition. With an outturn of 950 bottles, it’s another limited and gorgeous release from a range that even has gin aged in Hanyu and Karuizawa whisky casks. The box and label feature Noh Mask ‘Syoujyo’.
