They say that all good things come in threes, and that’s certainly true for the third edition of Lagavulin’s special single malt created in collaboration with actor Nick Offerman, best known for portraying Ron Swanson in Parks and Recreation. The Lagavulin 11 Years Old Offerman Edition 2022 combines Nick’s three passions of wood, Lagavulin and steak. The whisky aged in heavily charred ex-bourbon and ex-red wine casks, creating the perfect dram to accompany a medium-rare steak. As well as shining on its own, the whisky’s notes of vanilla, red berries, sea salt brine and Lagavulin’s signature peat smoke highlight and accentuate the flavours of the steak.
