Long Pond 15 Years Old Precious Liquors Queen Nanny 2007 is a limited-edition Jamaica rum from the Long Pond distillery, bottled by Precious Liquors. This edition is named after Queen Nanny, or Nanny of the Maroons, an iconic figure in Jamaican history whose legacy has been celebrated in poems, portraits and currency. She was a well-known 18th century leader of the Jamaican Maroons, a community which escaped slavery. The rum was distilled in 2007 and matured for 15 years, 11 of which were in Jamaica. It is bottled at a full proof of 57.1%. This Long Pond rum carries the ITP (Ive Trelawny Pot) marque, which has a relatively low ester level of 90-120 gr/HLPA. One of 134 bottles.
