Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow is a special release from Macallan, created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney. It is the third edition in The Harmony Collection, which explores innovative and sustainable packaging. Amber Meadow celebrates the lush and fertile lands of Scotland and the serene nature that lies within it. The single malt has been aged in both sherry-seasoned oak and bourbon casks, and was bottled in 2023 at 44.2%. Inspired by natural Scottish grasslands, it is reminiscent of warm meadows and ripe barley fields, with a rich citrus-scented finish. The presentation box and bottle labels for Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow are made with discarded meadow cuttings.
