Maker’s Mark Gold Wax is a limited-edition small batch bourbon, produced at the Maker’s Mark Distillery. The Gold Wax bottling was available in the United States from 1983 until 1993. After that it was produced exclusively for the Asian market until the release was discontinued around 2000. This rare bottle has a gold label and gold wax instead of the brand’s iconic red. It was bottled on 4 January 1996 at 101 proof. This Maker’s Mark Gold Wax comes with the original golden box (which has seen some wear and tear through the decades).
