A vintage bourbon produced in the 1980s by the Medley Distilling Co. in Owensboro. The Medley family has a long history of producing premium bourbon, starting all the way back in 1800 when John Medley VI started distilling whiskey on a farm in Washington County. George Medley moved the company to Owensboro in 1901. After Prohibition, Thomas Medley reopened the distillery and reintroduced the Medley brand. His five sons, known as the Medley Brothers, established the Medley Distilling Company in 1940. Please note: this bottle takes up two spaces in one parcel.
