Milk & Honey is ‘a Tel Avivian Distillery’, or: Israel’s first whisky distillery. This young company made its mark on the whisky world in an astonishing time. To create this Milk and Honey Elements Sherry, they traveled to Jerez, where they had Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry made especially for this release. The Milk & Honey Elements series tells a story of meticulous cask selection. Each expression has a different cask element that enhances the whisky to a new level of flavor. This Sherry Element is the first ever single malt whisky that was matured in Kosher sherry casks. The Tel Aviv sun shines brightly for 300 days a year, which has a positive influence on the maturation process.
