Nc’nean Aon STR Single Cask #18-393 is a single cask release from Nc’nean, bottled exclusively for Kirsch Import. The distillery’s collection of single cask bottlings is named ‘Aon’ after the Gaelic word for ‘one’. Each cask has been hand-selected for its delicious, unique and unrepeatable qualities. This creamy, earthy and sweet organic single malt has been drawn from a shaved, toasted and re-charred (STR) red wine cask that was filled in August 2018. It was bottled in June 2024 at 57.1% and offers flavours of candied ginger, spiced apricots and blackberry conserve. One of 310 bottles.
