This very rare and very old bottle of Noah’s Mill was made during the non-distilling days of the Willett Distillery (or the Kentucky Distilling Company, as it was called back then). Handmade in 1983 (as is hand written on the label) and bottled in 2001… Now that’s something special. Those who can do math can calculate that 2001 minus 1983 is much more than the 15 years of maturation that are stated on the label. It is rumored that it holds whiskey of 20-years and up. Sourced from an undisclosed Kentucky based distillery, this release is unbelievably old for a Small Batch Bourbon Whisky. Bottled at 114.3 proof, it is not fooling around. It comes in the original wooden box.
