Good heavens, it’s a 15 year old Pappy Van Winkle! Pappy Van Winkle, originally produced at Stitzel-Weller, is named after the distillery’s founder Julian ‘Pappy’ Van Winkle. Production of the Van Winkle brands moved to Buffalo Trace after the Stitzel-Weller distillery closed in 1992. This bottle of 15-year-old Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve Bourbon was released in 2020 for the highly-anticipated annual Van Winkle collection.
