The very first release in the Parker’s Heritage Collection, distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2007 under supervision of Parker Beam, Heaven Hill’s legendary Master Distiller who had 45 years under his belt at the time. A unique find for sure! The range is a showcase for Heaven Hill craftsmanship, with whiskey aged up to 27 years, to rye, malt and wheated whiskies. This 1st Parker’s Heritage Collection was released to multiple proofs, in this case 121.4. No matter which edition is tasted, all different releases from 2007 end up very high on bourbon lists.
