This is 12th edition of the yearly Parker’s Heritage Collection is the second release that finished in exotic barrels. The 5th Edition finisged in French Cognac (France is highly exotic), this one finished in ex-French Orange Curaçao liqueur barrels for four months. (You’re correct, just like the Willett XCF V1.0!). Parker’s Heritage is made by the Heaven Hill Distillery to honor the late Master Distiller Parker Beam. The French Orange Curaçao liqueur barrels have given this bourbon citrus and orange tones, which make for a very interesting experience.
