The Santa Sabia Distillery in Oaxaca, Mexico, was founded in 2013. The distillery produces mezcal, an agave spirit similar to tequila. The Pescador De Sueños collection aims to connect the ancestral drink of mezcal to the modern world by sharing folklore while supporting local families and sustainability. Pescador De Sueños Mezcal Tepextate – Tradicional is made with Tepextate, a rare agave variety that offers intense earthy and vegetal flavors. The spirit is distilled in copper stills and bottled at 50.24% ABV.
