The Plantation Rum brand was created by cognac and rum entrepreneur Alexandre Gabriel who has been working tirelessly since 1990 to build up relationships with a huge range of distillers across the world. Alexandre’s passion for the very finest spirits has resulted in a number of incredible releases across the years, and Plantation Rum 13 Years Old Fiji Island 2009 is one of these top-notch rums. It was distilled in a pot still and then aged tropically for 10 years in Lautoka, Fiji and a further 3 years continentally in Javrezac, France. This rum was matured in bourbon casks and Ferrand casks and has bold fruity notes of banana, papaya and orange with a sprinkle of spices.
