Port Morant 25 Years Old Alambic Classique Collection 1990 is a limited-edition Guyana rum, distilled by Demerara Distillers using the original Port Morant still, and bottled by the German importer Alambic Classique. The rum was distilled in 1990 and matured for 25 years in cask #15707. It was bottled in 2015 at 45% ABV. The Port Morant still is a double wooden pot still that was first used at the Port Morant distillery, founded in 1732. When Port Morant closed in the 1950s, the stills were moved to Uitvlugt. In 2000, they were moved to the Diamond Distillery, the only remaining distillery in Guyana. Only 144 bottles of Port Morant 25 Years Old Alambic Classique Collection 1990 have been released.
