Rebel 10 Years Old Single Barrel 2009 #5651918 is a one-of-a-kind wheated bourbon from Lux Row Distillers, made with whiskey sourced from Heaven Hill. It was distilled in September 2009 and aged in a single charred oak barrel for 10 years, before being bottled at 100 proof. The bourbon offers initial notes of caramel and citrus, which develop into a velvety oak flavor with unabashed spice. Rebel Yell (since recently known simply as ‘Rebel’) was created in the 1950s for the legendary Stitzel-Weller distillery. The brand was purchased by Luxco in the 1980s, who began distributing the bourbon nationally.
