Kirsch Import’s new Single Cask Rum collection supports the ocean conservation organisation Sea Shepherd, with four bottlings dedicated to endangered sea creatures. The series consists of rums from distilleries in Barbados, Jamaica, Ecuador and Trinidad. Romero & Sons 17 Years Old Ecuador Hammerhead Sea Shepherd 2005 is a rare rum from Ecuador, produced at the Destilería Romero & Sons. It was aged in an ex-bourbon barrel in a tropical climate until the last few months, and is bottled at a barrel proof of 63.5%. One of 277 bottles.
