An amazing dusty bottle of Seagram’s classic Canadian blended whisky, aged for 6 years and bottled at 43% ABV. This bottle of Seagram’s V.O. Canadian Whisky was distilled in 1969 (!) and exported for the Japanese market in the 1970s. Seagram’s VO Canadian Whisky was first created in 1913 by Joseph E. Seagram for his son Thomas’s wedding. The blend went down so well that Seagram ordered a wider production of the whisky. The V.O. stands for ‘Very Own’, as the whisky started as a private bottling for the Seagram family. The excise label on the front came off, but is still attached on the back of the bottle.
