Secret Speyside 31 Years Old The Whisky Jury 1990 Cask #Twj-Gl-1990-2 is a single cask bottling from an undisclosed Speyside distillery (although the font on the label does look familiar…), released by independent bottler The Whisky Jury exclusively for The Antelope Macau. The whisky was distilled in October 1990 and matured for 31 years in a refill hogshead. It was bottled in 2022 at 51.4%. The result is a soft, fruity dram with a gentle sherry influence and balanced oak. Notes of stewed apple, orange marmalade and dried apricot are complemented by hints of honey, oak spice and herbal tea. One of 207 bottles.
