Shenk’s Homestead 2022 Batch #L22F1885 is a small batch sour mash whiskey made at the Michter’s Distillery. The brand honours the history of the distillery. As early as 1753, Swiss Mennonite farmers John and Michael Shenk were distilling rye whiskey in Schaefferstown, Pennsylvania. This distillery would become known as Michter’s in the 1950s. This 2022 release has been bottled at 91.2 proof. One of 1303 bottles.
