The whisky has been drawn from Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso sherry and refill ex-bourbon casks, each hand-selected for their honey notes and nutty intensity. Singleton of Dufftown 12 Years Old has a smooth, rich and approachable character. The nose offers roasted nuts and rich fruit, with notes of soft cooked apples, blackcurrant, luscious brown sugar and creamy coffee on the palate. The finish is elegantly drying and crisp.
