Springbank 15 Years Old Hart Brothers Finest Collection 1995 is a limited-edition Springbank single malt, released by independent bottler Hart Brothers. The whisky was distilled in November 1995 and aged for 15 years, before being bottled in July 2011 at 46%. Springbank 15 Years Old Hart Brothers Finest Collection 1995 has a fresh nose with vanilla, cereals, lemon and salty sea air. On the palate you’ll find notes of citrus, melon, stewed apple, chamomile and vanilla pudding. The finish is long and sweet. Fun fact: Springbank is the only distillery in Scotland where 100% of the production process takes place on-site, from malting the barley on a traditional floor malting to bottling the whisky.
