Springbank 37 Years Old Secret Treasures 1970 is an exceptional 1970s Springbank, drawn from a single sherry cask filled in May 1970. 489 bottles were produced in September 2007 by independent bottler The Secret Treasures. Springbank 37 Years Old Secret Treasures 1970 has a fresh and fruity nose with aromas of orange peel, lemon zest, grapefruit, honey, marzipan, sweet smoke and a touch of liquorice. The palate is full-bodied and oily, revealing notes of apricot, lemon, passion fruit, milk chocolate, almonds, black pepper and subtle peat. A very long and pleasantly warming finish brings the whisky together in a well-rounded whole.
