A 24-year-old Irish single malt bottled by the new Teeling distillery in Dublin. The whiskey is composed of bourbon and Sauternes casks filled in 1991, most likely at Bushmills, and was bottled in August 2016 at 46% ABV. The Teeling Distillery in Dublin was established in 2015. It is the first new whiskey distillery in Dublin in over 125 years. The distillery’s founders, Jack and Stephen Teeling, are sons of Cooley founder John Teeling. While Teeling is in the process of producing its own whiskey, the company sources its whiskey from the Bushmills and Cooley distilleries. Only 5000 bottles of Teeling 24 Years Old 2016 Sauterne and Bourbon Cask were released.
