The family-owned Maison Tesseron was founded in 1905 by Abel Tesseron. Today, his grandson Alfred Tesseron runs the cognac house together with his children and nieces, continuing the work initiated by their ancestors. The Classic Collection brings together four historical cognacs to provide a unique opportunity to experience the different qualities between each generation. Each cognac is indicated with a ‘Lot’ number, a traditional method of identifying a blend. Tesseron Lot No. 76 XO Tradition Cognac is an exceptional blend of reserve stocks of Grande Champagne Cognac, matured to perfection in old Limousin oak casks for more than one generation. The nose exhibits a wealth of caramelised peaches, almond and candied fruit aromas. This carries on magnificently through to the palate, with rich, delicate flavours of nuts and dried fruits.
