Tobermory Ledaig 14 Years Old Finest Whisky Berlin 2007 is a peated single malt from the Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull, released by German independent bottler Sansibar for the Finest Whisky Berlin series. The whisky was distilled in 2007 and matured in a sherry butt for 14 years, before being bottled in 2021 at 53.8%. Tobermory is one of the oldest active distilleries in Scotland. It was founded in 1798 as the Ledaig distillery, meaning ‘safe haven’ in Gaelic. The distillery closed in 1930 due to Prohibition in the United States and only reopened in 1972, when it received its current name. To this day, Tobermory is the only whisky distillery on the Isle of Mull. Only 358 bottles of Tobermory Ledaig 14 Years Old Finest Whisky Berlin 2007 have been released.
