Tormore 16 Years Old Legacy Casks 2009 is an official limited pre-release from Tormore’s first-ever collection of vintage single casks under the ownership of Elixir Distillers. The single malt was distilled in May 2009 and matured in a hand-picked first-fill bourbon barrel, carefully chosen to reflect the quality and distinctive style of the Tormore spirit. It was bottled in May 2025 at 55.5%. Tormore 16 Years Old Legacy Casks 2009 offers aromas of fresh baked biscuits, ripe peaches, citrus and fresh meadow hay, with lively lemon tart, cracked black pepper, spice and vanilla custard on the palate. The finish lingers on sweet oak and citrus. One of 220 bottles.
