Willett 8 Years Old Single Barrel Bourbon LMDW Itinéraires 2016 is a rare family estate bottled single barrel bourbon, handcrafted in Kentucky by the Willett Distillery and released exclusively for La Maison du Whisky’s Itinéraires collection. The bourbon is made from a mash bill composed of 72% corn, 13% rye, and 15% barley. It was distilled in 2016 and aged in a hand-selected white oak barrel for 8 years, before being bottled by hand at 57%. Willett 8 Years Old Single Barrel Bourbon LMDW Itinéraires 2016 is an authentic ode to the glory of corn, with vibrant flavors of apricot, orange, salted butter, caramel, dried fruits, praline and cocoa powder.
