Our orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Please note that the below delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• NL, DE, BE: approximately 2 days
• EU: approximately 7 days
• Non-EU: up to 15 working days
• United States: approximately 30 days

RETURNS

Incomplete, incorrect or damaged delivery

• If your order arrives damaged during transport, we take responsibility
• If we made a packing error (wrong or missing item), we will resolve it at our cost

• You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer when cancelling an order
