How will we ship your order?
Instead of using our express service, we will ship your order using a national post service, which is an economy service.
What are the lead times on the new shipping method?
The expected delivery times are roughly 15 working days after your order is shipped from our warehouse. That’s around three weeks. Please note that this is an estimate.
How will you track your order?
You will receive your tracking information via email. The tracking information is less detailed than the previous tracking information provided with your MHM orders. Do you have any questions concerning your shipment? Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us! Our team is ready to help you if you have any questions during the transit of your order.
Will there be a price difference?
There is a price difference indeed, to your advantage. New shipping prices can be found here.
Will this be the new method of shipping for MHM in the future?
Good question. It’s too early to tell currently, but we are always looking for the best shipping method to the United States. We will keep everyone updated on this matter as best we can. For the time being, we will be using economy shipping.
