This bottle of Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve Bourbon was released in 2018 by Buffalo Trace for their highly-anticipated annual Van Winkle collection. Pappy Van Winkle was originally produced at the legendary Stitzel-Weller distillery. The brand is named after Julian ‘Pappy’ Van Winkle, the founder of Stitzel-Weller and an overall bourbon icon. When the Stitzel-Weller distillery closed in 1992, production of most of its brands moved to Buffalo Trace. Please note: this bottle come with the bag, not with the tag.
