A 10-year-old lightly peated single malt from the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown. The whisky matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks and is bottled at 46% ABV. The Springbank distillery was founded in 1828 by the Mitchell family, who had been living in the region since the 17th century. It is one of the three remaining distilleries in Campbeltown, which was once one of the most prolific whisky distilling areas of Scotland. Descendants of the Mitchell family still own the distillery today, making Springbank the oldest family-owned distillery in Scotland!
