Dingle Triple Distilled Irish Whiskey is the first core range expression from the new Dingle Distillery in Ireland. Released in May 2021, the single malt matured for about 6 years in a combination of first-fill bourbon casks and first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The Irish whiskey industry saw a severe decline in the 20th century, so much that by the 1980s there were only two operating distilleries left. The Dingle Distillery opened in 2012 and was the first new distillery in Ireland in over 150 years.
