Bushmills 32 Years Old The Causeway Collection 1989 is a limited-edition Irish single malt from Bushmills, selected for La Maison du Whisky. The whiskey was distilled on 19 April 1989 and matured for 32 years in port cask #6095. It was then bottled in 2021 at a cask strength of 53.8%. Bushmills 32 Years Old The Causeway Collection 1989 has a floral and fruity nose with aromas of vanilla, heady flowers, aromatic plants, exotic fruits and spices. The palate is complex and lively, revealing salted butter caramel, liquorice, white currants, tangy juice and marshmallow. The finish is long and well-balanced with hints of malted barley, salted butter caramel and herbal infusions.
